Basic homeopathic remedies – Arnica

arnica

Arnica Montana (homeopathic and pharmaceutic abbreviation arn) is made from the plant of the same name. You take it after any physical injury. It is also called the boxer’s remedy, which well illustrates what it is good for.

Boxers, wrestlers and similarly exposed persons should have a box full available at all times. It will heal their bruises and soreness in no time and erase the trauma from their body.

(Physical trauma remains in your body, so if you don´t treat it with Arnica then when you reach an advanced age some problem will most likely appear at the site of the injury.)

Arnica will speed up the healing process after falls, operations, dental work, physical and emotional shock—anything that causes you injury.

Depending on the severity of the injury you just take a pill once a day for a day or so until the pain and/or bruise subside.

This is the first remedy to practice with. Its use will show you the efficacy of homeopathic remedies and you will gain valuable insight into their magical action.

Use Arnica cream to smear on sore spots for rapid relief and healing (avoid placing it on open wounds). It will soothe areas of old injuries and keep them from emerging as an illness problem.

By the way, mountain goats head directly for Arnica plants and eat them after a fall.
